MISSION

Leadership development and consolidation to bring strength and stability, diversification to bring expansion and growth.

These are the two goals of the Lonati Group. In order to strengthen the world leadership in hosiery machines, companies with a high specialised and quality profile joined the holding company: Dinema, Santoni, Matec and Sangiacomo. The second goal, motivated by the need for financial soundness and operational autonomy, led to major acquisitions from the main drivers of the Brescia economy, first of all the steel sector with Alfa Acciai, followed by other significant investments in the mechanical engineering, real estate, agro-food and research sectors. New development horizons for a success handed down from generation to generation.
