By establishing and managing companies aimed at enhancing the value of a considerable real estate portfolio, the Group’s activities have differentiated and distinguished in the leasing and sale of homes, offices, tourist and residential centres in the Brescia area and beyond. Besides the historic SVILUPPO 74, which owns tourist areas and complexes in one of the most charming locations in Sardinia, other companies were established for leasing residential and office buildings in the Brescia and Lake Garda areas. Other Group companies have designed and built some of the most important urban complexes in the Brescia area that, for their visibility and innovation, have become symbols of the local development.
OPERATING REGIONALLY AND NATIONALLY
IMMOBILIARE TRE STELLE mainly lets out its own properties for residential, commercial and office use in the area of Brescia and Lake Garda. In collaboration with the Municipality of Brescia, IMMOBILIARE TRE STELLE has also promoted social initiatives by providing subsidised housing.
LOCATE DISTRICT is a real estate company that owns commercial projects of the highest standard, both in terms of the size and the quality of the work in progress. One of these is “Scalo Milano”, the one and only factory outlet just 15 minutes from the centre of Milan, which represents the essence of style, fashion, design, food and the avant-garde of an international city, a model of inspiration for the whole world. Outlet & More is an all-round experience for all the senses, an uncommon place projected to excellence. An icon that marked the birth of a new concept of 4.0 shopping and entertainment in the Milan area.
Opened in 2016, the futuristic business park is located within the metropolitan area, directly served by its underground, and is a 10 minutes’ drive from Linate and 40 minutes from Malpensa. It is located in the municipality of Locate di Triulzi in one of the most densely populated areas in Italy (11.1 million residents within a 90-minute radius) and with the highest prosperity indices. SANT’EUFEMIA RETAIL PARK S.r.l. is the Lonati Group’s company established for the construction and management of an important new business site in Sant’Eufemia della Fonte, a hamlet in the eastern area of Brescia. The future shopping centre with the same name, “SANT’EUFEMIA RETAIL PARK”, still being planned, is optimally located on the road of great vehicular passage connecting the city centre to Lake Garda. The facility will consist of “big-box stores” with approximately 12,500 square metres of sales area, available to various commercial tenants, and will be able to meet the purchasing requirements of approximately 300,000 users within a 10 km radius.
