Besides the historic SVILUPPO 74, which owns tourist areas and complexes in one of the most charming locations in Sardinia, other companies were established for leasing residential and office buildings in the Brescia and Lake Garda areas. Other Group companies have designed and built some of the most important urban complexes in the Brescia area that, for their visibility and innovation, have become symbols of the local development.
OPERATING REGIONALLY AND NATIONALLY
IMMOBILIARE TRE STELLE mainly lets out its own properties for residential, commercial and office use in the area of Brescia and Lake Garda. In collaboration with the Municipality of Brescia, IMMOBILIARE TRE STELLE has also promoted social initiatives by providing subsidised housing.
MORGANTE has been working for more than ten years in the construction and commercial real estate sector with the aim of building, renovating, letting out and selling valuable and impressive structures. In Italy, it stands out for its office, commercial, holiday, historical and residential buildings. Some of its most important projects are Tre Torri, a business solution in Brescia renowned for its design, technology and strategic location, Palazzo Morgante in Salò and Borgo del Torchio in Manerba del Garda.
SVILUPPO 74 deals with the purchase, sale and lease of properties in the Costa Serena Village in Sardinia, one of the Lonati family’s first real estate initiatives, a tourist resort with high quality residential solutions, beaches, coves, flowery paths, and all the ideal services for a relaxing holiday: swimming pools, tennis courts, laundry, market, shops, bars and restaurants.
SANT’EUFEMIA RETAIL PARK S.r.l. is the Lonati Group’s company established for the construction and management of an important new business site in Sant’Eufemia della Fonte, a hamlet in the eastern area of Brescia. The future shopping centre with the same name, “SANT’EUFEMIA RETAIL PARK”, still being planned, is optimally located on the road of great vehicular passage connecting the city centre to Lake Garda. The facility will consist of “big-box stores” with approximately 12,500 square metres of sales area, available to various commercial tenants, and will be able to meet the purchasing requirements of approximately 300,000 users within a 10 km radius.
