THE FUTURE IS IN GOOD HANDS

TRAINING TO CONTINUE GROWING

For the Lonati Group vocational and social education is a source of inspiration. It is also an incentive for seeking better living and working conditions.

According to the Italian Prime Minister Decree of 25/01/2008, some key objectives for vocational training are making the offer for technical and higher specialisation to young people and adults more stable and articulated, strengthening education within the supply chain, strengthening collaboration with the territory, the world of work, and scientific research centres, promoting permanent orientation of young people towards technical professions and information initiatives for their families, supporting active employment policies and promoting organic connections with the continuous training of workers throughout their lives. These are the same values and goals that the Lonati Group has always referred to.
The goal of higher technical education is the development of officially recognized professional profiles that can work and been absorbed by the labour market, in the chosen field of specialisation. Developing higher technical education courses responds to nationwide training needs related to precise technological areas: energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, new life technologies, new technologies for Italian manufacturing, innovative technologies for cultural goods and activities, information and communication technologies.
